Mitski concert film, Mitski: The Land to screen in October

Mitski has announced a new concert film. On Oct. 22, Trafalgar will screen Mitski: The Land in 630 cinemas in 30 countries for a limited release. The film was captured during three nights at Atlanta’s Fox Theater, during her tour behind the 2023 album The Land is Inhospitable and So Are We. It’s directed by Grant James and mixed by longtime producer Patrick Hyland.

“Mitski is a visionary artist and a compelling performer and her first concert film is just as special – it’s a privilege to bring this film to cinemas and Mitski fans around the world,” said Marc Allenby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing said in a statement.
