Budos Band announce new EP, Frontier’s Edge

The Budos Band are returning with a new EP this summer. On July 28, they’ll release Frontier’s Edge via the group’s own Diamond West, after releasing several albums via Daptone. Today they’ve shared the title track from the EP, which you can hear below. Plus check out their upcoming tour dates.

“It’s just a natural growth,” said guitarist Tom Brenneck in a statement. “We’re going further away from the sound of Daptone and into territory they probably wanted to stay away from.”

“We’re a powerhouse in the studio; we can produce ourselves,” he added. “I take the helm, but the band, they know what they want.”
