Failure announces reunion
Alternative Press reports that Los Angeles underground alt-rock icons Failure are reuniting. The band started a Facebook page on Oct. 1, and yesterday, the band posted a pair of updates that indicated that they’re going to be performing together again:
“ITS on PEOPLE!!”
“THANK YOU FOR ALL THE JOY AND EXCITEMENT TODAY. BEST DAY EVER”
The band originally broke up in 1997, after the release of their landmark third album, Fantastic Planet. Since then, frontman Ken Andrews has had numerous bands including On and Year of the Rabbit, and has also had a successful producing and mixing career, which includes the new Paramore album.
