Pickathon sharing 60 days of live performances from archive
The Pickathon festival is still scheduled to take place later this year, on July 30-August 2 in Oregon. But in the meantime, while live music is put on hold globally, the festival is hosting 60 days of music online. Every day for 60 days, Pickathon will be sharing a live performance from the vaults, a different artist each day. Today kicks things off with Drive by Truckers, which you can watch below or over at the Pickathon Youtube page. And more archival live performances will follow, including Ex Hex, Charles Bradley and Damien Jurado. Artists and journalists will be hosting premieres of each performance, and the festival will be helping raise money for MusiCare’s Covid-19 relief fund.
