Run the Jewels, Joey Bada$$ releasing pink vinyl for Ten Bands One Cause
RED Distribution has announced a lineup of special charity vinyl reissues being released for Ten Bands One Cause, a program in which ten bands each year help raise money for a good cause by releasing an album on pink vinyl and donating the proceeds. The beneficiary of the program this year is Gilda’s Club NYC, named after late comic Gilda Radner, which provides support for cancer patients and their families.
The albums receiving pink vinyl pressings on Sept. 29 are Run the Jewels’ Run the Jewels 2, Joey Bada$$’s B4.DA.$$, Sturgill Simpson’s Metamodern Sounds in Country Music, Al Green’s The Belle Album, Chet Faker’s Built on Glass, Pierce the Veil’s Collide with the Sky, Primus’ Frizzle Fry, Clutch’s La Curandera, Ingrid Michaelson’s Lights Out and Between the Buried and Me’s Coma Ecliptic.
More information about the releases and the program can be found at the Ten Bands One Cause website.
