Wolf Eyes announce new album, I Am a Problem: Mind in Pieces
Noise-art outfit Wolf Eyes are returning with new music this year. On Oct. 30, the band is releasing I Am a Problem: Mind in Pieces, via Jack White’s label, Third Man Records. That’s the tasteful nude album art. And a press release has a typically nutso message to go along with the band’s distortion-driven music:
the trio are at their peak: relaxed but knife-focused : not a second is wasted on the streamlined atmosphere of scruffy scotch tape-electronics musique’ concrete foundation of splatter used to raise up a monument of individualism and idiosyncratic homemade misfired dribbling ROCK AND ROLL: again from the year 2098, with a new messed up misconfigured FACE.
The group has just shared a new track from the album, titled “Enemy Ladder,” which you can stream below, courtesy of Pitchfork.
