Underworld announce new album, Barbara Barbara, we face a shining future


Underworld has been in the midst of a series of reissues of their back catalog, with an excellent expanded version of their 1994 album dubnobasswithmyheadman being released last year (and Second Toughest in the Infants reissued this month). But they’re also planning to release some new music in 2016. On March 18, Underworld will release Barbara Barbara, we face a shining future, via Caroline International. That’s the album’s cover art above. It follows their 2010 album Barking. They’ve shared a teaser from the album, which you can stream below. They also have a handful of European tour dates lined up, which you can see below along with the tracklist.
