Neurosis reveal details of new album, Fires Within Fires

On September 23, legendary Bay Area metal band Neurosis will release their eleventh album, Fires Within Fires, via Neurot. The band announced the release of the album, and now there are more details emerging. The album was recorded with longtime engineer Steve Albini and features artwork from Thomas Hooper (see the album cover below). The album also features only five tracks, which would seemingly indicate something particularly epic, which is, after all, what Neurosis does best.
