Anohni, Arooj Aftab, Waxahatchee to play Big Ears Festival 2025
Big Ears Festival returns to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2025. The festival will take place March 27-30 in various venues, and today, its full lineup has been announced. At the top of the 2025 Big Ears lineup are Anohni and the Johnsons, Esperanza Spalding, Arooj Aftab, Rufus Wainwright and Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz. Also on the lineup are Waxahatchee, Sun Ra Arkestra & Yo La Tengo in a collaborative performance, Explosions in the Sky, Nels Cline, Alan Sparhawk, Alabaster dePlume, Ambrose Akinmusire, Beak>, Bill Frisell, Cassandra Jenkins, clipping., Dawn Richard and Spencer Zahn, Helado Negro, Jessica Pratt, Julia Holter, Mabe Fratti, Marissa Nadler, Mary Lattimore, SML, Steve Roach, Tindersticks and more.
