Big Thief to stream last concert they played before lockdown
Big Thief have announced an upcoming concert stream. On April 29, the band will broadcast the last live show they played before lockdown, which took place in November of 2019 in Columbus, Ohio, via Noonchorus. The footage includes the full-length show—featuring music from all four of the band’s acclaimed albums, including 2019’s U.F.O.F. and Two Hands—as well as some behind-the-scenes footage that “gives fans an intimate look at the band in the moments leading up to the concert,” according to a press release. There will be two sequential airings of the show, one at 7 p.m. Eastern and another at 7 p.m Pacific. Find tickets for the concert stream here.
Last year, Adrianne Lenker released two solo albums, songs and instrumentals.
Lenker’s songs/instrumentals are featured on our list of the Top 50 Albums of 2020.
