Boris and Uniform announce new collaborative album, Bright New Disease
Uniform and Boris have announced a new collaborative album. The two artists, who had toured together in 2019, announced Bright New Disease, which is out June 16 via Sacred Bones. The album came about when Boris invited Uniform to join them on a reimagined version of their 2003 song “Akuma No Uta.” The first song they’ve shared is “You Are the Beginning,” which you can hear below. “At that time, we didn’t know when we would be able to resume concerts,” Boris’ Atsuo said in a statement, “and our wish became the song directly.”
