Hear Greg Anderson of Sunn O)))’s collaboration with Big|Brave’s Robin Wattie, “Needle Cast”

Greg Anderson of Sunn O))) has introduced a new solo project called The Lord. Today, which is Bandcamp Friday, Anderson has introduced his first track as The Lord, “Needle Cast,” which is a collaboration with Big|Brave vocalist Robin Wattie. All proceeds from the sale of the track will be donated to The Native Women’s Shelter of Montreal. Hear it below.

“I’m extremely honored to have been able to collaborate with Robin Wattie on this track.  I’m a massive fan of BIG|BRAVE especially Robin’s emotive vocals and infectious melodies.  Immediately after composing this track I was envisioning her dynamic vocals within the piece. The performance she recorded went beyond what I had imagined. Robin also created the amazing artwork that accompanies the music.”  

Big|Brave’s latest album is Vital. In 2019, Sunn O))) released two albums, Life Metal and Pyroclasts.
