Madlib and Karriem Riggins have announced a new collaborative album as Jahari Massamba Unit. YHWH IS LOVE will be released on March 1 via Law of Rhythm, the label co-founded by Riggins. Today they’ve shared new song “Stomping Gamay.” Hear it below and check out the album’s artwork and tracklist.
The duo released their first album as Jahari Massamba Unit, Pardon My French, in 2020. Madlib released Sound Ancestors, featuring Four Tet, in 2021. Madlib’s Shades of Blue also appeared on our list of the 50 Best Albums of 2003.
