Parquet Courts visit New Orleans in “Mardi Gras Beads” video, expand tour
Parquet Courts have just shared another new video from their upcoming album Wide Awake!, out May 18 via Rough Trade. The new clip for “Mardi Gras Beads,” directed by Brother Willis, depicts guitarist and vocalist Austin Brown doing some soul searching in black and white in New Orleans (it is titled “Mardi Gras Beads,” after all). Watch it below, and take a look at the band’s upcoming tour dates, which include some newly announced West Coast dates.
Wide Awake! follows 2016’s Human Performance.
