Wilco, St. Vincent, Courtney Barnett featured on Sleater-Kinney Dig Me Out covers album

Sleater-Kinney‘s Dig Me Out turned 25 earlier this year, and the band announced that they were putting together a tribute album in which a number of big-name indie acts covered the songs from the album, including St. Vincent (who produced the band’s 2019 album The Center Won’t Hold), Wilco and Courtney Barnett. Today they’ve shared the tracklist for the album, as well as Barnett’s cover of “Words and Guitar.” Check it out below.

Dig Me In: A Dig Me Out Covers Album is out October 21. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the album will be donated to SMYRC, an LGBTQIA+ youth center in Portland.
