Smith Westerns announce new album

Jangle pop trio Smith Westerns have announced Soft Will, their follow-up to 2011’s Dye It Blonde, will be released June 11 via Mom + Pop Records. The album was produced by Chris Coady (Beach House, Yeah Yeah Yeahs) and its first single is “Varsity,” which will be released as a limited-edition 7-inch on May 14.
