Miguel releases new three-track EP
Los Angeles R&B artist Miguel hasn’t exactly been resting inside his fortress of solitude since releasing his excellent 2012 album Kaleidoscope Dream. He made appearances on Nas’ Life is Good, Janelle Monáe’s The Electric Lady, Mariah Carey’s “#Beautiful” and the new Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 soundtrack. He also recently guested on a Ludacris track, so while new Miguel music has been a little scarce, he’s definitely been out there. But today, he’s released a surprise new EP, via his Soundcloud page. It’s a three-track release, which appears to be called nwa.hollywooddreams.coffee. The title also doubles as the EP’s tracklist, for that matter, and features a guest appearance by rapper Kurupt. Listen to the full, three-track EP below (all of which have been made available for free download), and check out the tracklist. The image above is, presumably, its cover art.
