Listen: KEN Mode – “These Tight Jeans”
KEN Mode have just released another new track from their upcoming album Success, which follows their outstanding 2013 album Entrench. Following the release of “Blessed,” the Winnipeg noise rock/metal outfit has released “These Tight Jeans,” which was apparently written as a post-punk tribute to “hater” culture. Singer Jesse Mathewson says in a statement: “The first line of the song says it all: ‘I would like to learn how to kill the nicest man in the world.’ Stop disrespecting each other and go run a marathon, do some push-ups, read a book, create something: get a life. Life’s too short.” Well said, Jesse.
