Restorations have just debuted a new video for “Tiny Prayers,” from the band’s outstanding (and somehow still underrated) 2014 album LP3. The clip, directed and edited by Clay Tatum, follows the life of a Restorations-branded coffee mug. It starts out in the kitchen of SideOneDummy, then goes into the mail-order packaging room, back over to the PR department, burns a guy while he’s podcasting, gets poured out and cleaned a bunch of times, and eventually ends up in its rightful home. It seems pretty appropriate, since Restorations have actually sold their own coffee (and coffee is referenced in the lyrics, if you missed that part). Pour yourself a hot mug and watch the Restorations “Tiny Prayers” video below (via EatGeekPlay).
Restorations’ LP3 is on our Top 50 Albums of 2014.[SideOneDummy]
