Listen to new Speedy Ortiz song, “Raising the Skate”
Speedy Ortiz announced earlier this month that they’re releasing Foil Deer, their follow-up to 2013’s Major Arcana, on April 21 via Carpark. Today, the band has shared their first taste of the album, in the form of hard-rocking new song “Raising the Skate.” It’s loud, but catchy, and might remind you a little of The Pixies. Not a bad thing at all.
The band has also lined up a bunch of tour dates, including a bunch with Boston post-hardcore outfit Krill. Check out those tour dates below, and listen to the Speedy Ortiz “Raising the Skate” stream.
