Explosions in the Sky announce soundtrack to PBS documentary, Big Bend: The Wild Frontier of Texas
Explosions of the Sky recently scored a new PBS documentary titled Big Bend: The Wild Frontier of Texas, which was released earlier this year. And now the band is preparing to release the soundtrack album, Big Bend (An Original Soundtrack for Public Television), which will be out October 1 via Temporary Residence. The band has shared a new track from the album, titled “Climbing Bear,” which you can check out below.
Big Bend (An Original Soundtrack for Public Television) follows the Texas post-rock group’s previous studio album, 2016’s The Wilderness.
